Authors

The GMEISS conference will review carefully selected papers that have been evaluated by at least three independent experts in the area of the research. Manuscript submission will be subject to double-line reviews adhering to strict criteria. Submissions must be original, significant, and contribute new knowledge to the field.

Authors must ensure that their submitted work is unique and has not been published previously. Additionally, they cannot submit the same paper to other conferences during the review process. Any changes to the author’s affiliation must be communicated to the conference organizers with written permission from the previous institution.

Papers must be written in English, follow the conference guidelines, and have a similarity score below 15%. They should be submitted as a single Word or LaTeX document.

The review process is anonymous. Authors must remove their names and any identifying information from the title page and text. It is recommended to use complete references with DOIs to avoid potential conflicts.

The conference organizers reserve the right to reject papers that do not meet these requirements and may exclude the authors from future conferences

Submitted manuscripts should be at most 5000 words and 12 pages including references.

All manuscripts which are deemed suitable for peer review will be reviewed by at least three (3) independent reviewers based on a 50% acceptance rate. Reviewers will have a maximum period of 10 days to complete the review process.

The revised articles will be reviewed by the initial reviewers.

All the papers with minor and major revisions will be entered into a second (final) round of review after addressing the reviewers’ comments.

Authors will have 7 days to submit their revised manuscripts along with a Point-By-Point Response Letter to all reviewers’ comments. Corrections done must be marked in another text color.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to consider review recommendations while producing their camera-ready versions.

At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and present their work. If this requirement is not met, the paper may be removed from the conference program and any associated publications.

Papers with final acceptance must be prepared according to the publisher’s guidelines in a Camera-Ready format.

Authors of accepted papers may be invited to submit longer versions of their work for publication in international journals.

Once a camera-ready paper is submitted in its final form, authors cannot change their contact information or affiliations. The order of authors’ names on the final paper must match the order listed in the copyright form/publishing agreement.

Any questions about the publication process should be made by the corresponding author stated in the copyright form.
