About The Conference

A brief history

GMEISS was formerly known as European, Asian, Middle Eastern, North African Conference on Management & Information Systems. The first edition of this conference was held in Istanbul, Turkey, on March 19–20, 2021 under the theme “Artificial Intelligence Systems and the Internet of Things in the Digital Era”, during which a variety of topics were presented tackling global challenges related to AI and IoT in the digital era, with the aim of securing global sustainability. As for the second edition of the conference, it was held on May 13-14, 2022, in Coventry, United Kingdom under the theme “From the Internet of Things to the Internet of Ideas: The Role of Artificial Intelligence”.

The proceedings of the conference were published in the book series “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” issued by the international publishing house “Springer”. The conference and its proceedings have high impact factors and are listed in the “Scopus” database.
